BNP Paribas Asset Management  announces the appointment of Roger Miners as Chief Marketing Officer, replacing Anthony Finan who will pursue personal opportunities outside the BNP Paribas group. Roger Miners will be based In London....

and will report to Sandro Pierri, Global Head of Client Group, BNPP AM’s worldwide Sales and Marketing organisation.

Roger Miners most recently held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Allianz Global Investors, where he spent 15 years in Sales and Marketing leadership roles. Prior to this, Roger was CEO UK and Global Head of Sales and Marketing at RCM, after heading its team of Product specialists. Financial News nominated Roger as Business Developer of the Year in 2014 and named him Top 40 under 40 Rising stars in asset management in both 2012 and 2013. Roger graduated with 1st class BSc in Business Management studies 1998, is alumni of London Business School, Investment Management course 2003 and holds an Executive Programme from Harvard Business School 2009.

High Net Worth Companies, include:

(i) a body corporate which has a called-up share capital or net assets of at least £500,000 (if it has more than 20 members or is a subsidiary of a parent undertaking with more than 20 members) or, in any other case, at least £5 million;

(ii) an unincorporated association or partnership which has net assets of at least £5 million;

(iii) the trustee of a trust with assets (before deducting any liabilities) of at least £10 million or which were at least £10 million within the previous year; or

(iv) a person acting in his capacity as a director, officer or employee of a person of a type described in paragraphs (i) to (iii) above (i.e. he must not be acting on his own personal account) whose responsibilities, when acting in his capacity as a director, officer or employee of such person, involve him in engaging in regulated activities as defined in the FSMA.

Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers, include:

Persons that are authorised by the relevant authorities in the UK to act as a professional investor or financial adviser

Persons who do not meet these criteria cannot proceed any further and must leave the website.
